Festival and event planner

As a festival and event planner, you know exactly who, what, where and when
In the position as a festival and events planner, you will be the liaison between the office and staff for rentals at festivals and events. In this role, you will take care of the planning and ensure that all services are filled by the right person, at the right time and in the right place.

In addition to planning, you prepare all events; You make sure accreditation is completed, book hotels and check that all the right gear is ready for the rental team. And you make sure that the correct arrangements are made after each event. In addition, you are willing to fill in open shifts and assist busy weekends, you act as a project manager at various events and festivals.

You start your day with a good cup of coffee at the office in Erp. While the dust from the previous festival is still coming out of your shoes, you check the planning for the coming week. You add to it, book the last hotel stay, and have a chat with a colleague in the field. After all events, you check the hours and make sure the administration is up to date.

- MBO+ or college working and thinking level
- You like to arrange, switch gears and keep an overview
- You are stress-resistant, flexible and solution-oriented
- You are proactive
- You are available for at least 2 weekend days per month
- Driver's license B (no-brainer)
- You speak Dutch and a little English (for your international colleagues)

- A position for 32 to 40 hours
- Salary between €2,500 - €3,000 gross p/m (based on 40 hours)

You will join a small, close-knit team dedicated to renting out lockers to the biggest events and festivals in the Netherlands. Young, old, seasoned festival fan or administrative wonder: at our company in Erp it all works together. The atmosphere? Burgundian Brabant. Hard work, but always with room for a laugh (and a drink).
