Assembly and disassembly worker

You grab the keys to the van. The sun has only just risen as you walk towards the shed with two colleagues. Today you are building up for a festival where thousands of people will be going wild tomorrow. You make sure those lockers are tight, the decor is neatly in place, and everything works as it should. Because when you do it, it gets done right.

Welcome to Eventsafe. Here you are more than just a member of our construction staff. You are the foundation of what thousands of visitors will soon experience. Without you no lockers, no atmosphere, no smooth production. And that is exactly what you like: working with your hands, making a contribution and having a lot of fun with your colleagues.

Your day starts in Erp between 06.00 and 08.00. You have a nice cup of coffee and then check the load and drive to location - sometimes alone, often with colleagues. There you build up: lockers, set materials, canopies. Everything tightly arranged, exactly as scheduled. On location you work independently, but also a lot with others. You communicate with the customer, help to steer in the field and take action where necessary. Then you drive back to Erp to load the van for the next day.

Is the work done? Then have another beer with the team. To a job well done. And on to the next one.

• You like to accelerate and keep your cool in crowds
• You have a sense of responsibility and think in solutions
• You enjoy doing physical work
• You are available at least 3 weekend days per month
• You speak Dutch (and some English is a nice touch)

• Salary between €2,400 and €2,900 gross p/m (based on 40 hours)
• 25 vacation days, pension plan and prospect of permanent contract
• 15% foreign supplement from 2 nights on location

You will join a small, close-knit team dedicated to renting out lockers to the biggest events and festivals in the Netherlands. Young, old, seasoned festival fan or administrative wonder: at our company in Erp it all works together. The atmosphere? Burgundian Brabant. Hard work, but always with room for a laugh (and a drink).
