Logistics planner

As a logistics planner, you know exactly who, what, where and when

From our warehouse in Erp, you make sure everything is on time, complete and tightly organized. You keep the overview while festivals such as Lowlands, Pinkpop or 7th Sunday are being built in several places at the same time. Whether it's about lockers, unique canopies or decoration: you know what has to go, who is taking it away, and what still has to be arranged.

You work with a young team full of go-getters, you switch effortlessly between office, warehouse and location, and you know exactly where to prioritize. Because if things go wrong anywhere, it's not with you.

As a logistics planner, you are the central link in our operation. You make sure staff and materials know exactly where they need to be and what they need to do. You create tight schedules, manage the warehouse team and help out when necessary. Whether you're behind your laptop or standing among the lockers - you keep an overview.

Sometimes you're on location directing construction or dismantling, sometimes you're preparing for a job abroad. But whatever you do: without your planning, everything comes to a standstill. You are constantly switching between your laptop, your colleagues and the festival site.

And yes, it's tough at times - but hey, that's exactly why you love this.

• MBO+ or college working and thinking level
• You like to arrange, switch gears and keep an overview
• You are stress resistant and practical
• You can manage and motivate people
• Minimum of 2 weekend days per month available
• You have driving license B
• You speak Dutch and some English (for your international colleagues)

• Salary between €2,750 - €3,250 gross p/m (based on 40 hours)
• 25 vacation days + pension plan

• Surcharge of 60% on Sundays and holidays
• 15% foreign supplement from 2 nights on location

You will join a small, close-knit team dedicated to renting out lockers to the biggest events and festivals in the Netherlands. Young, old, seasoned festival fan or administrative wonder: at our company in Erp it all works together. The atmosphere? Burgundian Brabant. Hard work, but always with room for a laugh (and a drink).
