Event manager lockers

Do you want to work weekly at the hottest festivals such as Pinkpop, Intents, Lowlands, 7th Sunday and Concert at Sea? As Eventmanager you are the contact person on behalf of Eventsafe for the organization, your colleagues on location and the visitors during the event/festival. You work mainly in the evenings and weekends, and you can start part-time (12-28 hours) or as a freelancer! 

As Event Manager Lockers, you and your team will gather in the office the morning of the festival/event. You check that all items are packed, think Ipads, t-shirts, time sheets, etc. You and your team will leave for location, where you will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly that day. 

We are currently looking for new team members to expand our close-knit team. Within the organization there is an informal atmosphere and the lines are short. We work hard but also take good care of our staff. There are Friday afternoon drinks and other fun staff outings! 

Welcome to Eventsafe, the expert in rental of lockers at festivals and events! Based in Erp and responsible for the rental of lockers at 600 (!) festivals and events per year.

• You are proactive, stress resistant and organized
• Working long days on weekends is not a problem for you 
• Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
• In possession of driving license B
• Experience within events is a nice plus but not necessary
• Rotating duty on holidays
• A great sense of responsibility

• Instructing and managing your colleagues at events and festivals
• The first point of contact for the organization, colleagues and visitors at events
• Hours registration and assessment colleagues at the event
• Financial administration during the event
• Helping with the rental of lockers

• Working at the most fun festivals and events nationwide and sometimes even beyond

We offer you a position between 12 and 28 hours per week, depending on your needs! For a fixed period, with the prospect of a permanent position for an indefinite period or as a ZZP'er. We are a growing organization and with good performance, career advancement is a possibility.
