Cooperating foreman

As Co-operating Foreman at Event Facility Group, you will go with the team to festivals such as Pinkpop, Intents, Lowlands, 7th Sunday and Concert at Sea, to set up and dismantle hired equipment. Think of lockers and set materials. You are responsible for managing and supervising the team in order to contribute to a successful festival or event. Of course you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves yourself. On location you are the face of Event Facility Group, where flawless coordination is of great importance. You solve problems on site and show initiative. In short, as Cooperating Foreman you are the key person on location.

Event Facility Group consists of 3 different concepts: Eventsafe, STRUCX and D-COO. Festivals such as Pinkpop, Intents, Lowlands, 7th Sunday and Concert at Sea are among our customers. Eventsafe rents out lockers at events and festivals throughout the year. This can be at both indoor and outdoor events such as festivals, company parties, fairs and conferences. STRUCX specializes in placing unique shelters and structures at both public and corporate events. At D-COO it is possible to rent equipment to decorate your festival or event. The rental assortment is very diverse and can be used both practically and atmospherically.

We are based in Erp and operate throughout the country with a team of 16 employees. We are currently looking for new team members to expand our close-knit team. The organization has an informal atmosphere and short lines of communication. They work hard but also take good care of the staff. There are Friday afternoon drinks and other staff outings, including even a winter sports vacation!

• You are collegial and communicative
• Starting at 06.00 or 07.00 is not a problem for you
• Flexible and in possession of driving license B or BE
• You speak English (communication with some colleagues and possibly customers)
• You are presentable and customer-oriented
• You can change gears quickly and have a problem-solving approach
• You have a positive attitude and a great sense of responsibility
• You are available on weekends (obviously not always)

• 80% of the time you will be on the road with the team setting up and dismantling lockers and other materials at events and festivals
• 20% of the time you are in the warehouse. Finishing your job on site and preparing for a new job
• Managing and supervising colleague(s) on site
• Checking the work of colleagues and being the contact person for the customer on site
• Resolve problems that arise on site and make sure everything is in good working order

• Working in a young and fun team
• An excellent salary between €2,400 - €3,250 gross per month based on 40 hours
• 25 vacation days
• Full-time employment, but 32 hours per week is also possible
