Assistant Team Leader

As an (Assistant) Team Leader you play a crucial role within Event Facility Group. Together with your colleague team leader you have the overall direction within our warehouse. You determine what comes in and goes out, and ensure a tight planning of both logistical material and personnel. Together with your fellow team leader, you ensure that everyone is well rested and prepared for work. And if the situation calls for it, you will be on site yourself to build up or take down jobs with your colleagues. As an (Assistant) Team Leader, you lead the warehouse team, assign tasks and keep a tight rein on the overview.

Event Facility Group consists of 3 different concepts: Eventsafe, STRUCX and D-COO. Festivals such as Pinkpop, Intents, Lowlands, 7th Sunday and Concert at Sea are among our customers. Eventsafe rents out lockers at events and festivals throughout the year. This can be at both indoor and outdoor events such as festivals, company parties, fairs and conferences. STRUCX specializes in placing unique shelters and structures at both public and corporate events. At D-COO it is possible to rent equipment to decorate your festival or event. The rental assortment is very diverse and can be used both practically and atmospherically.

We are based in Erp and operate throughout the country with a team of 16 employees. We are currently looking for new team members to expand our close-knit team. The organization has an informal atmosphere and short lines of communication. They work hard but also take good care of the staff. There are Friday afternoon drinks and other staff outings, including even a winter sports vacation!

• You are collegial, communicative and tidy in the workplace
• You are in possession of driving license B
• You have a great sense of responsibility and can prioritize well
• In doing so, you are flexible and can quickly switch between different tasks
• You are available 3 weekend days per month
• You speak English (communication with some colleagues)
• You are problem-solving and think in terms of possibilities
• You have leadership skills and a helicopter view to keep an overview.
