Locker Planning Coordinator

Planning, puzzling and shifting gears during the day. Behind the scenes making sure thousands of festival-goers can put away their belongings without stress. Does that sound like your thing? Great, because at Eventsafe we are looking for a locker planning coordinator who keeps the overview and leaves no mistake. 

At Eventsafe you work for the biggest festivals in the Netherlands, such as Pinkpop, Lowlands, Intents Festival, 7th Sunday and Harmony of Hardcore. You are the hub within Eventsafe when it comes to locker planning. Thousands of lockers, all with a unique code, every weekend at a different festival or event. You make sure everything is right.

Linking lockers, codes and locations is quite a puzzle every time. One mistake can have major consequences, so working accurately is key. You make a lot of ad hoc changes, stay calm under pressure and actively think about how processes can be smarter and more efficient.
At our cozy office in Erp, you will work with a close-knit team of about 10 colleagues in the office and 23 colleagues overall. The atmosphere? Brabant, direct and cozy. We work hard, but also like to have fun (and a beer now and then).

While your colleagues are on site, you are in the office making sure everything is right administratively and organizationally. Is something needed last-minute or does something go differently than planned? Then you are the one who quickly switches gears and thinks along with the solution.

You will join a small, close-knit team dedicated to renting out lockers to the biggest events and festivals in the Netherlands. Young, old, seasoned festival fan or administrative wonder: at our company in Erp it all works together.
